Dove Lake Boathouse is located on the northern edge of Lake Dove near Crowdell Mountain. Houses have been built for boats and rafts for visitors to the Voldheim Lodge. Similar to the Voldheim Lodge, it is framed by shingles covering the walls and roof. Before 1970 it was popular to build several Juan Pine boats, but now it is empty. There is a similar panel at Crater Lake. There is no floor and it is not suitable to care to sleep on.
Dove Lake is a lake bed with glaciers. The walk, known as the Dove Lake Circuit, covers the perimeter of the lake. Dove Lake Boathouse has largely walked to protect the plant species around the lake. The length of the circuit is 5.7 km and it takes 2 hours to complete. Special moments on the trek include Glacier Rock, Ballroom Forest, and boats.
Cradle Mountain Lake is a popular hiking and mountaineering site located in St. Clair National Park. It is a terminal on the Overland Track that runs from the mountain to Lake St. Clair in the south. The mountain consists of Dolerite columns and is a common geological formation in the province. It is home to a wide variety of flora and fauna, including deciduous beaches, the only deciduous plant in the highlands. It is home to delicious strawberry bracket fungus.
Overland Track is a popular upgrade. Blandfordia Lodge is located in an area that is usually covered by first-day climbing. The section stretches for 11 miles from Ronnie Creek to the waterfall valley and includes alternate excursions to Cradle Mountain and Barn Bluff. The trail passes Crater Lake and Crater Falls and runs through Marians Lookout.
